Grandstream GRP2615 – Do Not Disturb setting – How to Guide

The steps below will show you how to activate the “Do Not Disturb feature  using a Grandstream GRP2615 phone.

The Do Not Disturb feature is used when you are in a meeting or simple do not want to be bothered with your phone ringing.  Activating the Do Not Disturb feature sends all calls that ring your extension directly to voicemail.

1. Locate the direction pad on the phone.
2. Select the middle button.
3. Now use the arrows and select the “preferences” menu.
4. You will see that Do Not Disturb is the first option once you are within the preferences menu.
5. Click the middle button to select that option. You will see that it has toggled the feature to be turned on.
6. Now click on the save button.
